For nearly four decades, Employment & Training Centers, Inc. (E.T.C.) has contracted with local, state, and national agencies to provide employment and training opportunities to residents and job seekers in the Houston region.
E.T.C. has been part of the Workforce Solutions network since 2002, serving as the Employer Service contractor providing companies with customized solutions to meet their HR needs through Registered Apprenticeships, Current Worker Training, On-The-Job Training, and HR seminars. E.T.C. has also contracted with school districts, community colleges, and local governments.
