A graduate of St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, Mr. Torres has over 30 years experience managing large teams of professionals. He specializes in quality assurance procedures and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. He is an expert on the labor market in the Houston area and regularly uses his understanding of the region to make sure customers receive quality service. Mr. Torres studied the philosophy and techniques of quality improvement from the famous Dr. W. Edward Deming at a seminar held at the General Motors Company’s Technical Center in Warren, Michigan.
In ten years with ETC, his managerial leadership of the Employer Service Division has contributed to the expansion of the company’s market share of the 13 county Houston region from 3% in 2002 to 27% in 2011.
