Crosby Brito joined ETC in 2014 and has served in the Workforce System since 2009, helping place hundreds of dislocated workers into new and meaningful careers. Crosby oversees a cross-functional team of specialized recruiters, training consultants and compliance specialists, dedicated to providing human resource consulting services to employers who train dislocated workers as they transition into new career paths. As Manager of the Employer Initiatives Unit, Crosby is responsible for the Gulf Coast Oil & Gas Initiative and the On the Job Training Unit with oversight responsibility for employer contracts, expenditures, and staff supervision.

Crosby has a breadth of experience working in several positions within the Workforce Development arena, which includes business consulting with large and small employers and working directly with work-ready job seekers and job seekers with barriers.

Before joining ETC, Crosby served as the Non-Custodial Parent Choices Program Manager and Court Liaison between Workforce Solutions and Office of the Attorney General’s Child Support Division for over 4 years, helping Non-Custodial Parents overcome substantial barriers to employment and career advancement while becoming economically self-sufficient. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Crosby studied Psychology at California State University.
