Adrea Leal serves as the Director of Human Resources at ETC. She oversees all human resource functions including talent acquisition and performance management, benefits and wellness programs, employee relations, HRIS, and training & development. Prior to joining ETC, Adrea worked at Noble Corporation, a publicly traded, multinational corporation where she advised company leadership on HR matters including employee relations and labor and employment laws.
Adrea is a licensed attorney and before entering the HR field worked at Lone Star Legal Aid representing low income individuals and families in matters of family law, education, and disability. She also worked at Georgia Legal Services assisting migrant farmworkers on employment and civil rights issues.
Adrea holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from Emory University. She is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Adrea is a member of the Labor & Employment Law section of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Additionally, she is committed to public service and served as an AmeriCorps Equal Justice Works Fellow, was recognized by the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas, and received the Pro Bono Publico medal at Emory University for her dedication to public interest.
